Girls Who Like Girls:
- Keeping You A Secret, by Julie Anne Peters
- Out of the Shadows, by Sue Hines – Rowanna Preston, whose mother recently died in an accident, deals with her feelings about her mother’s sexuality, and the sexuality of her best friend.
- Jinx, by Margaret Wild – Jinx is going through a hard time. Her boyfriend commits suicide and she is afraid to love anyone. This book is also about Jinx’s friends, including lesbian Connie.
- Down to the Bone, by Mayra Lazara Dole – Described by lambdaliterary.org as “A fun and spicy Cuban-American coming-out love story that will sizzle and sparkle into your heart!”
- Split Screen, by Brent Hartinger – lamdaliterary.org says “Split Screen explores priorities–what it means to be true to oneself and the tradeoffs people make—all built on a foundation of the importance of support from friends.”
- Empress of The World, by Sara Ryan

Middle School/Pre Teen:
- Totally Joe, by James Howe – Described by lambdaliterary.org as “a warm and fun story about a totally out, totally loveable 13 year-old” .
- So Hard to Say, by Alex Sanchez
Bi / Bi-Curious:
