Open Doors Youth Service values feedback and is committed to listening to the experiences of the people we support. Feedback and complaints help us improve our services and ensure we continue creating a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for LGBTQIA+ young people and our community. We encourage anyone who has feedback, concerns or complaints to let us know so we can respond and learn from your experience.

In your email, please include:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • A description of your feedback or complaint.
  • The date, time or location of the incident (if relevant).
  • Any staff members or services involved (if relevant).
  • What outcome or resolution you would like.

Providing as much detail as possible will help us review and respond appropriately.
